Facility Description : financially strong not-for-profit community owned hospital providing a full range of services with 116 beds and over 800 employees. The hospital services 20 counties in West Central Nebraska. The hospital has over 600 deliveries and 3500 surgeries each year. The hospital is Joint Commission accredited and their Cancer Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons, Commission on Cancer as a Community Cancer Center

Position Description : Serve as the key finance resource to the Board of Directors, with his or her primary emphasis focused on:

• Ensuring that management has the analytical tools available to maintain operational discipline,
• Ensuring an effective revenue cycle to support cash flow needs of the organization
• Leveraging GPRMC's pricing agreement and ensuring that the institution receives best pricing and maintains compliance with its GPO agreement
• Maintaining and enhancing the hospital's system of internal controls
• Ensuring responsible, sufficiently conservative investment and capital spend policies to maintain and improve the strength of GPRMC's balance sheet.

The CFO has overall responsibility and authority for the financial operations of GPRMC. Specifically, the CFO is functionally responsible for revenue cycle management, financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, Medicare reporting, operating and capital budget development and monitoring, audit and internal control functions, and the financial aspects of new service line development.

Required Education/Experience : BS/BA degree in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.

Preferred candidates will also possess a graduate level degree and a CPA.

A senior level healthcare finance executive, with a minimum of 3 years of hospital CFO experience required.

Requires managerial experience and demonstrated understanding and experience with hospital revenue cycle management, accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, information technology and materials management.

While candidates with experience in either not-for-profit or for-profit organizations will be considered, it is important that the individual possess either a track record of success in a not-for-profit organization or an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the mission and values of not-for-profits.

Additional Skills Desired : Candidates for the CFO role must thrive in a rural environment, excel at developing and maintaining relationships, and have a passion for patient centered care. Face-to-face interaction with physicians, the community, the board, and the staff is critically important; thus the CFO will need to live with his/her family, as applicable, in the North Platte area.

Position Description : Responsible for the coordination and direction of quality, safety and regulatory compliance operational activities. Oversee the standards and practice of nursing. Coordinate and improve the development, implementation and consistency of practice through policies and procedures. Direct and coordinate activities that ensure quality and minimize risk.

Required Education/Experience : MS/ MA preferred (BA, BS, BSN) three to five years of progressive management experience in the quality management and or healthcare leadership.

Additional Skills Desired : Recognized national certification in quality, risk management, compliance, infection control or medical staff services preferred. Experience with acute, post acute, ambulatory, mental health, and/ or academic medical centers preferred.

Position Description : Position is responsible for 5 departments that consists of combined 307 FTE's, Largest department is E.R 76,000 visits annually on 2 campuses,130 FTE's.

• The Assistant Administrator for Critical Care, Emergency/Trauma, Care Mgmt./Social Work/Palliative Care leads the patient care services and maintains accountability for the overall administration and management of these services.
• Plans and implements projects critical to the success of the organization. All work must be done with a thorough understanding of and commitment to PeaceHealth culture including core values and the Leadership Model.
• Is an integral part of the Regional Hospital Operations Council (RHOC).
• Will make decisions affecting strategy, implementation and management of resources and will problem solve operating issues involving medical staff and physician practices.
• Ensures the presence of on-going quality improvement and champions the continuous improvement process for all areas within scope and span of control.

Required Education/Experience :

• Graduate of an accredited State Board of Nursing program. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Oregon, or eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required. BSN highly preferred. Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible nursing management experience is required.
